It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Alberto S. Villarosa, our esteemed alumnus and Chairman of the Board of Security Bank Corporation.  Abet, as we fondly know him, was a member of the famed class of MBM 73.

Abet was an illustrious member of the AIM community and an outstanding alumnus of our institute.  He was a very dedicated supporter of AIM’s mission of developing transformative leaders to positively impact Asian businesses and societies, for which he has generously made and facilitated donations to the institute.  His passion for education, commitment to excellence, and unwavering belief in AIM have served as an inspiration to all of us.

We will forever cherish his contributions as well as his memory.  His legacy will live on through his indelible impact on the AIM community and the institute.

We extend our deepest sympathies to his family, friends, and colleagues and will keep them in our thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.

Abet’s remains will lie in state at Chapels 2 and 3 of the Heritage Memorial Park in Taguig City from May 5 to May 9, with interment to follow on May 10.  Details of the schedules will be announced as soon as available.

Daily masses will be held at 6:00 pm for the duration of the wake.
