Rodriguez has been with NWR since August 2022 as Chief Strategy Officer. He brings over 25 years of professional experience, including leadership positions with Hilton, Delta Airlines and Northwest Airlines. Prior to joining TIHGI, he served as CFO of Philippine Airlines for a number of years.
Gautreaux boasts extensive experience in gaming and hospitality across various international locations. He previously held key positions at Las Vegas Sands Corporation, most recently serving as Chief Casino Officer of The Venetian Las Vegas.
Kingson Sian, who served as president and CEO since the company’s inception 16 years ago, has officially retired. Committed to a seamless transition, Sian delayed his retirement plans in 2022 to guide the company through this period.
