Another typhoon Carina again struck the Philippines with torrential rains and maximum winds of up to 208 km/hr. as it unleashed its wrath through sustained rains across the metropolis and adjacent provinces, with another unprecedented impact on our economy worse than Typhoon Ondoy.
Once again, ME 2022 often called the Innovasians responded by accepting donations among various donors, mobilized, and immediately distributed relief packages and clothing in Tumana, Marikina to those who are affected the most – the underprivileged Filipinos, often held as a gambit by political pied pipers playing the abused tune of resiliency – a term constantly used as an excuse to the continued inefficiency of government.
