Abstract
This case focuses on Zenchantment International’s president after he learns from the company’s talent director that a key account manager unethically won a US$80 million bid from Bifertenstock Pharma International, a leading pharmaceutical company, in collusion with the head of Bifertenstock’s purchasing group. Students can discuss the dilemmas the company president faces as he considers how Zenchantment should respond to the employee’s actions.
